WIX’s servers are located in various jurisdictions including the United States, Israel, and the European Union.

Where WIX or its sub-processors transfer your personal data outside the UK, they implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, and transfers to Israel are currently recognised by the UK Government as offering adequate protection.

If you provide your details to us for the purposes of being introduced to an FCA-regulated firm, we will collect and process your information for the purpose of making that introduction and enabling the FCA-regulated firm to contact you directly about their products or services.

 

We operate as an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) under the oversight of our Principal Firm, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Sharing Data with FCA-Regulated Firms

We may share your personal data with FCA-regulated firms with whom we have an introducer agreement. These firms will act as independent data controllers once they receive your information and will process it in accordance with their own privacy policies.
